Yes! If you require more connectors or more cable than is included in our standard kits, please use the contact form to enquire about pricing for a custom kit.

We currently post to the UK, Europe & USA. If your country does not appear on the list at checkout, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can ship to you!

For larger or custom orders please contact us prior to ordering for a tailored quote including shipping.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

You have 30 days from the day you receive your product to request a refund should you decide the item is no longer required.

To be eligible for refund, all items must meet the following criteria:

• Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

• The item(s) must be in the original packaging and unopened.

Where the condition is less than new (i.e. shows obvious signs of use, packaging has been opened, cables have been cut etc) item(s) may be refunded upon agreement with PedalPatch, but would be subject to a re-stocking fee in this case.

Where an item is no longer required, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. Items will need to be packed securely and it is advised they are sent via a tracked postage service.

Faulty items

• Faulty items will be replaced if found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to arrange this: info@pedalpatch.co.uk.

• Return Postage for the faulty item(s) will be reimbursed provided the return has been agreed in advance with PedalPatch.

Refund of payment

In all cases, once your return is received, it will then be inspected. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
