WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to decide if you like it or not. If you return it, it must contain all shipping and packing material and be in an "As new" and re-sellable condition. If the condition is less than new (i.e. shows obvious signs of use, cables have been cut etc) any refund will be subject to a re-stocking fee and does not include postage costs.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM KIT?
If you require more connectors or more cable than is included in our standard kits, please use the contact form to enquire about pricing for a custom kit.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently post to the UK, Europe & USA. If your country does not appear on the list at checkout, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can ship to you!
